POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Manager at Taylor Freezer Sales of Arizona, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction in your assigned territory, which includes the East Valley and Tucson areas. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and products. This position requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for growing businesses and building long-lasting partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Taylor Arizona’s market presence in East Valley and Tucson.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the restaurant and food service sectors.
  • Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice on equipment and solutions for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build connections and promote the Taylor Freezer brand.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
