Description
Achieve or surpass UK Telecom sales, orders, and standard profit percentage targets. Support the broader ES ROS target through strategic account management. Focus heavily on acquiring new telecom clients while continuing to develop and cultivate existing customer relationships within your territory. Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, building long-term relationships that drive loyalty and mutual success. Collaborate with Business Units and local sales teams to ensure timely responses to all technical and commercial correspondence from the region. Lead technical solution discussions with senior consultants and operator technical leads. Identify new market segment opportunities and develop business cases to support expansion. Stay informed on competitor technologies, strategies, and pricing within your channel. Engage clients early in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure new products meet annual sales quotas. Submit monthly reports to your direct manager, including sales forecasts, product forecasts, and competitor activity updates. Degree qualification or equivelant / outstanding proven technical ability Five to Ten Years experience Direct Current Technical Solutions Experience Preferred Solid understanding of and relationships with UK Telecom Operators & Telecom Stakeholders A proactive “hunter” mindset — commercially driven and sales-focused, ideally with current experience in manufacturing and a strong understanding of UK telecom opportunities.
