Description
Business Development for Key accounts, enables business opportunities with strategic market insight and analysis, strengthening ties and driving specifications with Owners and EPCs. Develop and execute strategic account development plans aimed at increasing share of wallet and delivering attractive returns on sales for targeted international oil & gas projects. Drive sales growth and long-term customer relationships by implementing tailored commercial and technical solutions to achieve engineering specifications and standards. Formulate and implement project penetration strategies by analyzing and prioritizing opportunities, identifying required resources, and understanding customer decision-making dynamics to secure project specifications and/or company standard adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within target accounts—including designers, engineers, project managers, procurement, lead engineers, discipline managers, and turnaround teams—to ensure alignment and execution across multiple disciplines. Monitor economic trends and market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies and leverage industry and application expertise that benefit customer projects and stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong relationships at all relevant organizational levels to ensure comprehensive understanding and fulfillment of customer requirements. Above 10 years in O&G sectors, in sales / business development for specified engineering products / solutions in O&G industry and preferably with marketing exposure. Electrical Design or installation in O&G segment. Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and strategic thinking skills; Ability to work cross-functionally independently and influence the team. Ability to work directly with major EPC, Contractors and Consultants. Leverages extensive tenure and well-established relationships with key accounts to serve as a strategic relationship manager.
