Job Position - Business Development Manager Experience - 2 to 5 years Salary - Hike on last drawn Shift Timing - 9am to 6pm Location - Kolkata Work mode - Work from Office Roles And Responsibilities :- ✨ Identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc. ✨Draft compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to the client’s requirements. ✨with clients to understand their needs and clarify project scope. ✨Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients. ✨Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert bids into successful projects. ✨Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations and timelines. ✨Maintain records of bids, client communications, and conversion rates. ✨Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition. ✨Monitor and analyze bidding performance and suggest improvements. ✨Involvement in full sales cycle, starting from lead generation to project delivery.
