Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and potential areas of growth. Negotiate terms of business agreements and close deals to drive company revenue. Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite).
