Business Development Manager (Electric Propulsion & Marine Decarbonisation) Seeking a Business Development Manager to own commercial growth for full-electric and hybrid-electric propulsion systems, battery solutions, and energy-saving technologies across Singapore’s shipyard and vessel owner market through electrification, power optimization, and digitalisation. Key Responsibilities: Electric Propulsion & Market Development Target Singapore’s harbour craft, tugs, CTVs, ferries, and OSVs for full-electric or plug-in hybrid conversions Identify newbuild and retrofit opportunities involving: Battery systems Electric drives DC grids Shore charging infrastructure Energy Efficiency Solutions Promote the company’s portfolio of: Integrated electric/hybrid propulsion systems Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Shaft generators (PTO/PTI) Variable speed drives Power management systems Requirements Singaporean or PR with minimum 2-3 years of marine B2B sales/business development experience. Existing network with shipyards and vessel owners/operators in Singapore. Strong understanding of marine electrification, propulsion, or energy-saving solutions is advantageous. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
