Description:
- Conduct research on potential markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Analyze customer needs and identify growth opportunities for delivery services.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients across different sectors (e.g., e-commerce, retail, food delivery, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target businesses.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to identify potential partners and clients.
- Engage in high-level sales and negotiations to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by offering solutions that meet their delivery needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and provide excellent customer support.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer fulfillment.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and customer experience.
- Track and report on sales performance, business development activities, and key metrics.
- Prepare business development forecasts and budgets to align with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
