HERE’S WHAT WE NEED



    • Develop and execute a regional business plan for expanding and supporting customers in Australia / New Zealand and building targeted account plans, resulting in a robust business growth pipeline.

    • Support direct sales through co-marketing campaigns with the other sales representatives and our marketing team.
    • Enable and increase the competence of partners (training, demos, sales calls, etc.)
    • Monitor the performance of resellers against sales and customer experience KPIs.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor to ensure retention and growth in spend
    • Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity management of resellers; analyse wins and losses; and present regular, accurate reports for management review.
    • Drive business growth by delivering increased year-on-year revenue, gross profit and total contract value (TCV).
    • Identify key customers, opportunities, and emerging markets.
    • Work with internal Emesent stakeholders to ensure customers receive the full value of their system investment
    • Provide customer and market-led input that helps to inform Emesent’s future product strategy.
    • Meet/exceed annual sales targets and performance KPIs.
    • Represent Emesent as required at shows & exhibitions within your territory and globally.
