Primary Activities/Duties Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Energy & Power markets, including EVCI, BESS, renewables, and power grid sectors. Strengthen Rittal’s market position and expand its footprint across key verticals. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to shape messaging and promotional strategies for social media and sales collateral. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partners. Represent Rittal at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements. Lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to nurture long-term relationships. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Work closely with Eplan to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer value. Develop use cases and application samples to support sales efforts. Serve as a liaison between U.S. operations and German headquarters to align global strategies. Requirements Ability to travel regionally and nationally for customer visits, events, and internal meetings. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in SAP (APO PP/DS preferred), Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDM/PLM systems. Analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit and agile approach to change. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in the manufacturing or energy sectors. Strong understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem and energy market dynamics. Experience working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders. Familiarity with integrated solutions and technical sales in energy infrastructure.
