Job Description

Building and Managing Partner Networks:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic business/ lead generation partners. Negotiate partnership terms and agreements.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and profitability.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
  • Driving new business Growth:
  • Create and execute business development strategies with partners to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to potential clients through marketing and market knowledge
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a strong focus on new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Foster trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, and influencers within partner organizations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Regularly report on partner network health, new business opportunities, and growth metrics.
  • Provide insights into front book/ new sales growth performance, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of the energy sector (renewables, utilities, energy transition, etc.).
  • Familiarity with energy technologies, grid systems, and emerging trends like smart grids, storage solutions, or EV charging infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of energy policies, regulations, and market dynamics.
