For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job Description We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our Energy Storage team to drive the growth in our battery storage solutions business. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, customer segments, technology trends, and regulatory developments Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Delta’s strategic priorities, including ecosystem development and long-term market expansion plans. Leverage Delta’s strengths, customer requirements, and stakeholder insights to build cross‑functional teams and develop long‑term business initiatives, including emerging business and future opportunities. Exploring customer opportunities, proposing ideas and negotiating cooperation models with clients and business partners to create win-win for all parties. Identify and develop business opportunities across key segments of Renewable + BESS, EVCS + BESS, C&I, and Utility-scale applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or equivalent. 3-5+ years of relevant experience in the field of C&I and utility-scale battery storage solutions. Technical know-how of renewable energy, PV systems, battery energy storage systems or power conditioning systems. Excellent understanding of sales, business development and customer service processes with ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong legal understanding of contracts and excellent negotiation skills. Adaptability and proactivity, with a solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to gather, structure, and communicate information effectively. Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken), other European languages are considered a plus. Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
