To strengthen our team in our UK Office, we are looking for a full-time:
Business Development Manager (Enterprise) (m/w/d)
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will strategize and implement impactful sales and marketing initiatives to drive Q-SYS product adoption among key accounts and influencers, in alignment with agreed business plans and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement, in collaboration with Sales Director UK&I, a strategic business plan that expands Q-SYS market share within the agreed market verticals and targeted accounts.
  • Developing and managing key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with external direct sales team, as well as internal customer team.
  • Maintain and develop the company CRM database.
  • Deliver agreed results against defined KPI’s/Objectives
  • Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by telephone, email and personal visits.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • In conjunction with the product development teams participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
  • Attend local end user and industry events working with marketing to maximise ROI
  • Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performance
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
