Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a fast-paced, target-driven position ideal for a confident communicator who thrives on making calls, sparking conversations, and generating new business opportunities from scratch. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, making high volumes of outbound calls, and converting leads into appointments and sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make a high volume of outbound sales calls daily to targeted prospects.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to create new sales opportunities.
  • Build initial relationships with decision-makers and set appointments for follow-up meetings.
  • Understand client needs and introduce the company’s ITAD and networking solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Work towards and exceed weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge to speak confidently about our services.
