We are currently seeking a talented: Business Development Manager (EU market) We believe you will: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EU markets Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies Prepare and present proposals and reports to management and clients Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives We expect you: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in business development or project management in logistics Proven track record of successful project delivery and client relationship management Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Fluent in English and Russian We offer: Monthly salary ranges from 3290 EUR to 4110 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
