ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent English speaker (C1), with strong communication skills across written and spoken formats
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales within financial services or related sectors
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial sales or business development role
  • Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit)
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to engage clients in commercially-driven conversations and deliver tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets; comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment
