About the Role: As a Business Development Manager (Events & Exhibitions), you will be essential in expanding our market presence within the events and exhibitions sector. Your focus will be on developing relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that elevate their event experiences. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our goals in the events and exhibitions market. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Engage with potential clients through presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations and timelines. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Your proactive approach to identifying opportunities and your passion for creating memorable events will be crucial in driving our success in this dynamic sector. Strong background in business development or sales, preferably in events and exhibitions; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building; Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a results-oriented focus; Experience in conducting market analysis and identifying trends; Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or event management.
