We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager We believe you will: Actively search for new prospective business customers initiating and coordinating sales processes; Present company services to potential partners, prepare and negotiate the details of commercial offers; Lead and manage business development projects; Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to drive business growth and expansion. We expect you: 2–5 years of experience in sales in the field of logistics; Fluent in Russian language skills (both oral and written) English language skills – an advantage; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions; Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; Multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail. We offer: Monthly salary ranges from 3450 EUR to 4310 EUR gross + bonuses (the specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.).
