SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
French or Italian language skills are highly desirable.
Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within sustainability, real estate, financial services, or related industries.
Strong networking skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
Experience in sales pipeline management and a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle.
A results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Knowledge of consulting, managed services, and software platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team and focus on driving new business growth across EVORA’s key service lines. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving the sales process from lead generation through to closing. You will work closely with the wider team to align business development efforts with our strategic goals and enhance EVORA’s growth across the European market.
