Key Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager/Executive at Circular Unite, you will be at the forefront of our mission to shape a more sustainable future. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting Growth Strategies: Develop innovative growth strategies that not only drive financial gain but also prioritize customer satisfaction, aligning with our core values.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging markets and evolving customer needs, positioning us as industry leaders.
  • Stakeholders Engagement:
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to identify potential opportunities to implement sustainability / carbon projects by assessing technical, commercial, regulatory, financial feasibility
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Support the development and implementation of sustainability related projects including training / mind set change workshops etc.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote our cutting-edge solutions, aligning them with clients’ objectives and predicting future needs.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of sales, revenue, and invoices, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Customer Support: Offer reliable and efficient after-sales support, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Passion for Sustainability: An innate passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets will be an advantage.
  • Customer-Centric: Customer support experience is a plus, showcasing your dedication to client satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Market Knowledge: An understanding of market dynamics and trends, enabling you to identify opportunities.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and planning skills to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in business administration, environmental engineering, or a relevant field. We are open to candidates without experience who share our passion. Training will be provided.
