POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Manager & Experienced Loan Officer, you will take the lead in driving new business opportunities by developing and strengthening relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other key industry partners. Your role will focus on increasing loan capture through strategic partnerships, collaborating closely with realtors to understand their needs, and ensuring that clients receive the best loan products and service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management, with a focus on the real estate and mortgage industries.
  • A strong network of realtor partners or the ability to quickly build relationships with real estate professionals.
  • Licensed mortgage loan officer with 5+ years of origination experience and an active pipeline.
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, market conditions, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Focus on building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral partners to generate consistent loan referrals and maximize loan capture opportunities.
  • Realtor Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key realtor partners, creating tailored mortgage solutions for their clients and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the loan process.
  • Strategic Networking: Actively participate in real estate networking events, community activities, and industry seminars to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current with market trends, industry news, and competitor activities to position United Home Loans as the preferred mortgage partner for real estate professionals.
  • Loan Origination: Utilize your deep knowledge of mortgage products to assess applicants’ needs and recommend the best loan options for them.
  • Client & Partner Support: Provide top-tier service to both clients and realtor partners, ensuring smooth, efficient transactions from application through closing.
