REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field, with a focus on international markets and export sales.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new export customers in international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and expanding market share.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
