BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – FIRE DAMPERS

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Vehicle + Bonus + Benefits
Location: UK coverage (Regular travel to Sutton will be required)
We’re expanding our Fire Protection Division and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our remedial fire damper works across the UK.
This is a joint venture between Indepth Hygiene Services and Trinity Fire & Security, both part of PTSG – one of the UK’s fastest-growing safety specialists. Backed by a strong group and operating in a buoyant market, this is a role where ambition meets opportunity.
The Fire Protection industry has grown year on year over the last 10 years, this demonstrates the real opportunities available for ambitious and driven sales professionals.
The role will include a balance of warm leads and identifying new business through cold calling, tender portals, networking, conferences and events.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re not only interested in “damper specialists” – although knowledge of passive fire protection, ventilation or fire dampers would be highly valuable.

We’re equally keen to hear from people with strong service-based sales backgrounds who can demonstrate success in:

  • Selling maintenance contracts or service supply agreements
  • Winning work through public sector tenders or large contractor bids
  • Developing and managing long-term client relationships
  • Proactive new business generation and market development

This could suit an experienced salesperson looking for a bigger national platform, or even someone with a technical background (like an ex-engineer) ready to move into sales.
