Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer with Facilities Management (FM) experience to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the FM sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and market expansion within the FM industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 3 years in the Facilities Management industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of FM services, including hard and soft services.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with tendering and bidding processes in FM contracts.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Experience in KSA’s FM market is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
Responsibilities
