Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The BDM will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand the company’s market presence, strengthen partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and business communication tools.
  • Has a valid driving license of GCC
