JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and securing contracts in bespoke joinery and interior solutions. You will work closely with the leadership team to expand our market reach and maximize revenue.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the bespoke joinery, renovation, or construction industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and Develop Opportunities: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the bespoke joinery and interior solutions markets.
  • Build Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, designers, and direct clients.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify areas for growth.
  • Proposal and Quotation: Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contracts that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with project managers and design teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Report Progress: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Represent FAMS Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
