Salary: £20,000 + Performance Bonus
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Feet on the Street is a fast-growing field marketing agency in London. We specialise in bringing brands to life through sampling campaigns, events, activations, and direct sales.
Now, we’re on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who can help us grow our client base, build amazing partnerships, and take our turnover to the next level.
The Role
This is not your average desk job. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be out there connecting with brands, retailers, and venues, creating new opportunities, and showcasing the power of what we do.
You’ll be the face of the business for new clients — developing relationships, putting together proposals, and driving growth.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and win new clients in FMCG, retail, events, and beyond.
• Build long-term partnerships with brands and venues.
• Create tailored proposals and deliver standout pitches.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client needs are met.
• Drive turnover growth through smart sales and account development.

What We’re Looking For

• A natural salesperson and relationship-builder.
• Experience in business development, account management, or sales (agency/marketing experience a bonus).
• Confident presenting ideas and closing deals.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and excited about growing something new.
