THE ROLE: DRIVE OUR GLOBAL SALES GROWTH

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our global franchise expansion. Based in our Cardiff HQ, you’ll identify and onboard new franchise partners across diverse international markets. If you’re passionate about business development, closing deals, and making global connections happen—this is your moment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own the sales journey: From initial contact to onboarding, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of new franchise partner acquisition across various international markets.
  • High-energy outreach: Conduct smart email campaigns, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Understand partner needs: Tailor your approach to each opportunity, clearly articulating how Final Rentals can fuel their business growth.
  • Lead negotiations: You’ll be at the forefront of communication, turning prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Keep it organised: Maintain detailed and accurate records in HubSpot to track pipeline, performance, and priorities.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with onboarding and support teams to ensure new partners have a smooth and successful launch experience.
