Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven "Business Development Executive" to join our growing Banking sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Banking products (Credit Cards & Personal Loans) to potential customers, maintaining strong client relationships and achieving monthly sales target. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in banking sales will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: · Promote and sell Cards-Loan to individual customers. · Achieve monthly targets. · Approach potential customers through outdoor activities, cold calls and referrals. · Provide detailed information on product features, benefits and eligibility criteria. · Collect and verify customer documents as per compliance requirements. · Maintain strong product and market knowledge. · Build and sustain good customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. · Submit daily activity reports to the Team Leader/Manager. · Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Requirements: · Minimum qualification: High school or bachelor’s degree (preferred). · Prior experience in banking sales is an added advantage. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong sales attitude and target-driven mindset. · Ability to work independently and in a team environment. · Good presentation and negotiation skills. · Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
