REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the interior design and/or fit-out industry
• Strong local market knowledge and professional network
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
• UAE experience is highly preferred
