Business Development Manager
What does a Business Development Manager do?
As the Business Development Manager , you will support the establishment and development of relationships with prospective clients in the Italy. Your role will involve creating meaningful connections at various levels within financial institutions and engaging with other influencers in the business. You will be the primary point of contact, keeping clients informed about Fiserv’s offerings, global payment innovations, and identifying new opportunities tailored to their needs.
Assist in building a strong pipeline of new opportunities with financial institutions (card issuers and/or merchant acquirers) in the Italy to promote Fiserv products, particularly our Issuer and Acquirer processing solutions.
Participate in business and technology presentations/pitches, supporting the RFx processes and other prospecting activities.
Collaborate with various Fiserv teams to help create optimal technical and commercial proposals for prospective clients.
Support commercial and contract negotiations with prospective clients and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
Foster relationships with key industry participants, including advisory and IT consulting firms, card schemes, domestic processors, and POS manufacturers.
Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to assist internal teams and prospective clients effectively.
