Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The Sales & Business Development Manager will actively identify sales leads in the areas of Retail Project Management, Turnkey Fit-Out Projects, and Retail Design by prospecting and further developing existing opportunities with Vindico clients. The Business Development Manager will maintain all relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

1. RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES-RELATED FUNCTIONS WHILST MAINTAINING THE PROFESSIONAL IMAGE OF THE BUSINESS.

1.1 Acts as a brand ambassador and actively prospects “New Leads”
1.2 Delivers presentations on company products and services to prospective clients and generates new sales
1.3 Prepares all sales reports on Twice weekly basis to analyze trends and fluctuations and accordingly implements new marketing strategies
1.4 Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for respective areas and region.
1.5 Stays up to date on all technical and professional knowledge with regards to the business. Keeps track and shares updates on new projects and business opportunities.
1.6 Reviews queries from prospective clients, discusses on plan of action with relevant stake holders and responds to all accordingly
1.7 Achieves KPIs that have been set and constantly strives to achieve new and higher benchmarks.

2. RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RELATED FUNCTIONS AND SERVES AS AN INTERFACE BETWEEN THE BUSINESS AND THE CLIENTS

2.1 Operates as the single point of contact for all clients and acts as an advisor to overcome existing and potential issues.
2.2 Build and maintain the client relationship and maximize long term revenue opportunities by strengthening client loyalty.
2.3 Identify and grow existing opportunities by working with clients to help them improve business performance and profitability
