Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Facilities Management / Maintenance Services
Salary Range: (varies by experience and company)
Experience Required: 5–12 years in FM or maintenance sales
Employment Type: Full-time
· Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hard and soft FM services (MEP, HVAC, cleaning, pest control, security, landscaping, etc.)
· Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
· Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
· Prepare and submit bids and tenders for FM contracts, including cost estimation and technical documentation.
· Analyze client requirements and tailor FM solutions accordingly.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
· Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven track record in securing high-value FM contracts, especially in UAE commercial and public sectors.
· Strong understanding of UAE FM market, tendering processes, and compliance standards.
· Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
· UAE driving license is mandatory.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

· Experience in both hard and soft FM services.
· Familiarity with systems like HVAC, BMS, and fit-out management.
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client lifecycle.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
