Description

WHAT IS FLAGSTONE?

Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.
Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

The Sales team has a wide range of responsibilities to support the business by managing relationships with our partners, driving new business opportunities, and providing support to advisors and clients that are interested in the Flagstone platform. The Business Development Manager role is responsible for the Sales development of their own pipeline, nurturing relationships and building trusted partnerships with clients and advisors. Your activity will contribute directly to the company’s growth so we encourage your thoughts on what we can do better and how we can drive the client experience forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a successful first point of contact communication for prospective Flagstone customers and advisor enquiries which drives lead generation
  • Delivering effective inbound and outbound operations, cross-selling and up-selling campaigns to enhance revenues
  • Creating and delivering compelling client demonstrations (including presentations, sales pitches, webinars, and proposals) and completing key follow up activity
  • Working closely with our Marketing, CRM, Client Services, Banks, and Product teams
  • Developing and maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships
