THE ROLE As a Business Development Manager, Fleet and Port in Southeast Asia, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer and partner relationships, and turn market insights into concrete commercial success, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation. ROLE SPECIFICS: Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on commercial fleets and ports Build and grow sales through via direct accounts as well as sales and service partners Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction Analyze market trends and customer needs, and co-create innovative, value-driven solutions together with customers and internal teams Actively manage and follow up sales opportunities through customer meetings, calls, and digital channels Report sales activities and results timely through the CRM system (SalesForce) Follow-up EV and EV charging market development and propose business model or product development initiatives based on them Represent Kempower at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build networks and strengthen market presence At Kempower we work hybrid. WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Relevant educational background in technical, commercial or equivalent Strong experience in business development and selling technical products, preferably within EV charging, energy, or related industries Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, using data-driven approaches to prioritize opportunities Strong customer centric mindset and stakeholder skills Independent, structured, and proactive way of working in a fast-paced environment Ability to leverage digital tools to track activities, manage relationships, and report on performance As our official company language is English, we expect you to have excellent English skills.
