Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Berwick
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (early finish on a Friday 2:30pm)
Salary: Competitive basic starting salary. In addition to this we offer a very generous commission structure.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at our Berwick office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the fuel card or fleet management industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Fleetmaxx Solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role. Preferably within the fuel card industry
  • Strong understanding of fuel card products, market trends, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fuel card and fleet management sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategic decisions
