In this role you’ll make an impact by: Lead commercial relationships with key accounts and distributors in food and plant-based industries across SEA regions. Develop and execute growth strategies while meeting sales targets for assigned accounts. Drive opportunity management through Salesforce and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet customer needs. Build and maintain multi-layer relationships with customers to enhance Novonesis's position as a Trusted Advisor. Being Customer Focused on innovative thinking to solve problems and solutions for current and potential customers Leading and managing commercial projects, driving the project execution with relevant stakeholder/partner, while ensuring our solution meets customer needs and brief. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to customers. To succeed you must hold: Bachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of commercial/sales/technical related experience in Specialty Ingredients in plant-based or related categories. Understanding technical applications of enzymes and other ingredients technical process would be ideal will be a plus Excellent written and verbal communication in English, interpersonal and teamwork skills Be a strong communicator and a dynamic, proactive personality Travel is required within SEA regions Could our purpose be yours?
