Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts across global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong financial background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth through B2B partnerships, client acquisition, and channel development.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development within the financial services, brokerage, or fintech industry.
  • Deep understanding of forex, CFDs, and capital markets is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Multilingual candidates are a plus, especially Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with institutional clients, IBs, and white-label partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with brand positioning.
  • Represent Beirman Capital at industry events, expos, and networking functions.
  • Prepare business proposals, client onboarding documentation, and performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt and refine growth strategies.
  • Report directly to the Head of Business Development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
