OVERVIEW

Founders Shooting Club is Florida’s premier private social club and gun range. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team full-time in our North Miami location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for membership sales in our growing network of clubs.
Founders Shooting Club is expanding our business, with our third club under construction in North Miami and additional locations in the planning phase. The Business Development Manager will have a hand in shaping a premier experience for our members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to connect with members and potential members, build relationships and close sales.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Zoom.
  • Firearms experience is not required, but applicants must meet legal eligibility requirements for a concealed weapons permit. If the candidate desires to obtain a permit, all training will be provided.
  • The position requires daily local travel without access to public transportation and requires a valid driver’s license.
  • A college degree or equivalent is preferred though not required.
