• Learn on how to build relationship with existing and potential clients.Update and usage of the CRM system. Also, Initiate, build, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations . Act as the key liaison between the client and production team, ensuring post-project client follow-up for feedback, reviews, and repeat business.
• Understand the importance of market research of the photography industry, competitior profifle and pricing.Able to offer alternative or creative ideas to management. Able to identify potential new revenue streams and areas for studio specialization.Also, identifying competitive advantages, differentiation opportunities, and potential threats to inform business development tactics.
• Learn on buidling referrals from clients, working with other companies such as events, marketing and branding companies. Learn on how to articulate the value proposition for potential partners, demonstrating how collaboration can benefit their business. Able to manage partnership contracts, Facilitate collaborative projects, co-marketing efforts, and referral exchanges.
• Able to drive the sales cycle from initial contact to successful contract closure.Also learnt how to do compelling business proposals, quotations, and presentations that clearly articulate the studio’s value proposition, creative approach, deliverables, and pricing. Able to understand the negotiations for service contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and adhere to the studio’s profitability goals. Ensuring clear documentation of client requirements and agreements.
