REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for coffee and a strong desire to learn about machinery and technicalities
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical information
  • High enthusiasm and eagerness for a new challenge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to coffee shows and exhibitions in the UK and around the world
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and online search
  • Showcase Dalla Corte coffee machines at exhibitions, trade shows and other industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication with prospects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Contribute to the growth of Dalla Corte’s business in the UK market, including market research, competitor analysis and identifying potential partnerships
  • Stay up to date with industry, trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the coffee industry
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends and customer feedback
