We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.com This role is responsible for driving incremental revenue growth by aggressively acquiring new customers and expanding business opportunities through a professional, consultative, and customer-focused sales approach. You will play a key role in strengthening our air, ocean, and customs brokerage footprint while contributing to long-term, sustainable growth. Proactively prospect, identify, and acquire new customers across ocean freight, air freight, and customs brokerage services Drive incremental revenue and volume growth through a strong hunter mindset and disciplined sales execution Develop, qualify, and convert leads through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers to uncover additional business opportunities Grow the company’s air and ocean freight business in line with sales strategy, with a focus on MNCs and the Chinese market Partner closely with the Toll network to grow volumes in priority trade lanes and targeted industry verticals Support Global Account Development initiatives through collaboration with regional and global stakeholders Serve as the primary sales contact point for assigned customers and manage all commercial interactions Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline to consistently achieve agreed growth targets Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and industry events Drive revenue, market share, and profitability while ensuring customer-focused, value-adding solutions Ensure disciplined daily use of the Global Sales Platform to document sales activities and customer insights Act in accordance with company values and ethics, including Safety, Integrity and Trust, and Continuous Improvement Requirements Proven track record in new business development / hunter sales, ideally within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (air, ocean) Demonstrated ability to consistently acquire new customers and close deals, with strong focus on revenue and volume growth Solid understanding of air and ocean freight solutions, trade lanes, and international logistics operations Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills Comfortable using CRM / sales platforms to manage pipeline and document sales activities Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and global sales networks High level of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values Fluency in English is a strong advantage Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required What moves you?
