Job Description Tasks: Sales and product consulting based on expertise in machinery, tools and accessories, especially for wood, board, aluminum and plastic processing Building long-term relationships with current customers and their further development Acquiring new customers from the industrial and specialized markets Conducting meetings, training sessions and sales presentations at the manufacturers' machinery park and at other dealerships in the dealer network Analyzing the market & the competition and submitting proposals to headquarters Overseeing commercial terms, payments (timeliness) and margin management Efficiently use of marketing budget and implement dedicated promotional campaigns for customers in their region Interact with the current team of Key User Managers, Area Sales Managers and Business Development Managers of the Bosch Power Tools and Accessories brand Reporting the achievement of targets to the headquarters in Poland and Hungary Qualifications Profile: Place of work – Krakow, Katowice or nearby areas Higher education, preferable technical majors Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 (essential for daily work) Technical experience in the segments of wood and panel processing, as well as industrial applications of aluminum and plastics based on user-oriented sales arguments will be an important asset A high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and a "can do" attitude Ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions Very well-developed communication and presentation skills A mindset of working with both external and internal customers Knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel and Power Point High personal culture Active driving license cat.
