Description

DESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT

Freyssinet is a global specialist in civil engineering, known for delivering complex structural repairs, strengthening, and remedial works across infrastructure and buildings. In Australia, we operate at the forefront of remediation, with a dedicated Building & Facades team tackling façade refurbishment, recladding, and major structural maintenance challenges across the built environment.
This is a key, established position within our Remedial division—one that has played a major role in securing large-scale façade and building repair works across NSW, including recent wins valued up to $40 million. The groundwork is already in place; now we’re looking for someone with the right industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and drive to continue building on this momentum.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and connected Business Development Manager to lead our market-facing efforts in the growing façade remediation and recladding sector. You’ll represent Freyssinet as a technically capable, solutions-driven contractor—opening doors, building relationships, and positioning us to secure and deliver challenging, high-value projects.

  • Work alongside experienced engineers and delivery teams capable of executing complex façade remediation projects others avoid
  • Represent a company with real differentiation—technical depth, safety credibility, and a national footprint
  • Enjoy autonomy and influence—this is a high-impact role with visibility at state and national leadership levels
  • Pipeline security—with projects already locked in through 2026, you’ll have the stability to focus on long-term growth, not transactional sale
