Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in Facility Management. The ideal candidate will have strong industry contacts, excellent client acquisition skills, and the ability to close large-scale service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in Integrated facility management.
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
  • Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close long-term contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in Business Development for Integrated Facility Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of AMC, tendering, and bidding processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
