JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our sales initiatives with strategic insight and proven expertise. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales within the facilities management industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Development Manager role, ideally in the Facility Management sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the facilities industry is a plus.
  • Must be authorised to work in Ireland
