The Opportunity We’re looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to grow Gallagher’s perimeter fencing solutions across Asia. Based in Petaling Jaya, you’ll be a key member of our Rest of World (ROW) Sales team, driving sales through distributors, consultants, and strategic partners. You’ll: Identify and win new business opportunities across the region Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors, consultants, and customers Deliver product training, market insights, and pipeline management Support tenders and complex sales cycles, shaping market strategy The Fit You’re a self-starter with proven international sales experience in agriculture, fencing, or land management systems. You thrive in cross-cultural environments, can navigate complex sales cycles, and excel at consultative selling. To succeed, you’ll need: Track record in international sales, channel, or territory management Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work remotely and travel internationally as needed Practical, can-do attitude – preferably with an agricultural background Foreign language skills are a plus Why Gallagher?
