Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and creates opportunities rather than waiting for instructions.
This is not a traditional sales role, and it is not an account management position.
We're looking for someone who naturally asks:
"What should we do next?" instead of "What should I do next?"
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities.
- Build relationships with publishers, distributors, payment providers, and strategic partners.
- Develop business development strategies and execute them independently.
- Generate ideas, validate opportunities, and drive initiatives from concept to launch.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Own relationships with existing partners and continuously expand cooperation.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.
- Highly proactive with a strong ownership mentality.
- Able to define priorities and set goals without constant guidance.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital gift cards, gaming, digital products, fintech, or payments.
- Existing network within the gaming or gift card industry.
- Experience negotiating international commercial partnerships.
Who You'll Succeed Here
You'll enjoy this role if you:
- Take initiative without being asked.
- Prefer solving problems over escalating them.
- Think in systems and long-term strategies, not just daily tasks.
- Can prioritize your own work and define the next steps independently.
- Build trust quickly and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Want to help shape the company's direction, not just execute someone else's roadmap.
- We're building a company, not just filling a position. We're looking for someone who wants to build with us.
