We are looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our glove products in Poland.

JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Business Development Manager will spearhead growth efforts in the assigned region’s industrial, retail, and medical glove sectors. This role requires strategic planning, market expertise, and relationship-building skills to identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly in safety and healthcare products, and a strong understanding of regional market dynamics.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial, retail, or healthcare glove sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the glove market, including safety standards and compliance in industrial and medical sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region.
  • Ability to speak European languages (English is a must)
