Seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, he will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for solving client challenges. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new sales leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing-generated inquiries. Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and product demonstration to negotiation, closing, and contract execution. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, the competitive landscape, and target industry trends to effectively articulate our value proposition. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline using our CRM providing regular forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership. Collaboration: Work closely with preslaes, customer services and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide market feedback. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Preference is IT Cloud Sales Sales Skills: Mastery of the sales process, including prospecting, objection handling, value-based selling and negotiation. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Technological Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong). Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong "hunter" mentality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling in the SaaS, Manufacturing, Professional Services industry. Experience with SAP, Oracle, Oddo, Microsoft is preferred. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
