JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our real estate business in Dubai. This person will find new clients, build strong relationships, and help close property deals. They will also study the market, work with different teams, and support company growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate or sales (preferably in Dubai).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Attend real estate events and represent the company professionally.
