4. Strong execution and self-motivation; able to achieve work goals under pressure and ensure efficient project progress.

5. Possesses excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, capable of coordinating resources from multiple parties, resolving key issues in projects, and ensuring smooth project implementation and achievement of expected goals.

6. Has a deep understanding of the Middle East/Central Asia/West Asia new energy market and can accurately grasp market dynamics and trends.
